A full synthetic 0W30 motor oil blended from polyol ester and PAO base stocks and formulated to reduce low-speed pre-ignition (LSPI). Red Line suggests it where a 5W30 is called for, especially in colder climates, because it flows better than a 5W30 or 10W30 at extremely cold temperatures. GM dexos1 appears only on Red Line's suitable-replacement list and Red Line does not state that the oil is dexos1 licensed, so use a licensed oil where your vehicle requires one.
