What we collect
When you send a booking request through this site, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number or email, your vehicle, and your description of the problem. That's it — we don't require accounts and we don't collect payment information through this website.
How we use it
We use your contact information to respond to your request, book your appointment, and follow up about your vehicle. Booking requests are delivered to us by email through our email provider. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
Related companies
Eskimo Auto Repair Limited is a sister company of Eskimo Auto and Truck Parts. If your repair involves sourcing a part through our sister company, the details needed to locate and supply that part (your vehicle and the part required) are shared between the two companies. Nothing is shared outside the Eskimo family of companies except as needed to deliver the service you asked for.
Cookies and analytics
This site works without tracking cookies. If we add analytics to understand which pages help people, we'll use it to improve the site — not to build advertising profiles — and we'll update this policy to say so.
