A mineral SAE 90 differential oil made for limited-slip differentials in race cars, 4x4s, passenger cars and forestry and construction vehicles, and for hypoid differentials with or without a limited-slip system. It meets API GL-4, API GL-5 and MIL-L 2105 D. For BMW rear axles with a limited-slip differential, Motul specifies its Hypo Synt LS 75W-140 instead.

All types of hypoid differential with or without limited-slip system operating under shocks, heavy loads and low revolution speed or moderate load and high revolution speed.
