A 100% synthetic, mid-SAPS 5W-30 that pairs engine protection with extra fuel economy, for gasoline and diesel engines that call for an ACEA C2 or C3 oil, and compatible with catalytic converters and diesel particulate filters. It is approved for BMW Longlife-04, MB 229.52 and Opel/Vauxhall OV 040 1547-G30/D30. Motul notes it is not for engines that need VW 504 00 or 507 00, and that BMW LL-04 oils are for gasoline engines only in the EU, Switzerland, Norway and Liechtenstein.

⚠ Safety warnings

ATTENTION: BMW LL-04 product can be used for petrol engines only in European Union countries, Switzerland, Norway and Liechtenstein. Outside those countries, a BMW LL-01 lubricant such as MOTUL 8100 X-cess gen2 5W-40 is required.
Attention, do not use MOTUL 8100 X-CLEAN EFE 5W-30 when a VW 504 00 or VW 507 00 lubricant is required, in that case use MOTUL SPECIFIC 504 00 507 00 5W-30 or 0W-30, or MOTUL 8100 X-CLEAN + 5W-30.
Do not mix with lubricants not ACEA C3 or ACEA C2 compliant.
Drain interval: according to manufacturers’ recommendations and tuned to your own use.
