The first step of Liqui Moly's two-step Pro-Line service for cleaning a soot-clogged diesel particulate filter on the vehicle, without removing it; it is not a fuel additive. It is sprayed into the filter through a sensor port with Liqui Moly's DPF pressurized tank spray gun (7946) and probe set (7945), followed by Pro-Line Diesel Particulate Filter Purge (20112), and the job is finished with a scan-tool regeneration. For professional repair shop use only.

A highly effective fluid used for cleaning soot clogged DPF units without disassembly. Dissolves contaminants inside DPF units, restores vehicle performance and fuel consumption. Observe: Before cleaning make sure DPF temperature is below 40 °C (104 °F).
Particle filter location need to be determined as some vehicles have their DPF located near exhaust manifolds or next to a turbocharger. In such a case utmost care must be taken to prevent fluid from entering the combustion chamber and cause damage.
To complete DPF cleaning, a suitable scan tool or diagnostic software is required for final DPF regeneration in accordance with the current manufacturer's specifications.
