A 2 in Scotch-Brite non-woven surface conditioning disc in medium-grade aluminum oxide (maroon), on the 3M Roloc TR quick-change attachment. 3M lists it for blending, cleaning, deburring, finishing, coating removal and rust removal on aluminum, mild steel, stainless steel and other metals, with a maximum speed of 25,000 rpm. It needs a 3M Roloc disc pad, sold separately.
